About Christal Duffey, PA-C

Christal Duffey, PA-C, is a compassionate Physician Assistant who provides patient-centered care as part of the ENT team at Central Florida ENT Associates in Lakeland, Florida. Her passion for medicine began with a simple goal—to help others—and grew through a strong interest in science and how the human body works. Christal works closely with ENT physicians to care for patients with ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions, focusing on comfort, education, and personalized treatment at every visit.

Before joining Central Florida ENT Associates, Christal gained valuable clinical experience caring for patients in head and neck surgery at AdventHealth Orlando. She is nationally certified and licensed in the state of Florida, with additional training in emergency care and medication management. Known for her gentle approach and clear communication style, Christal takes time to listen, answer questions, and ensure patients feel heard and respected. She believes trust, integrity, and kindness are the foundation of excellent healthcare—and she brings that philosophy to every patient she serves in the Lakeland community.
